Purity & testing
Every lot is tested twice: once at production against our written spec, and again by Freedom Diagnostics (opens in a new tab), an independent US laboratory, before it is released. COAs ship with every vial and are published to the laboratory's own public database, where anyone can look them up at freedomdiagnosticstesting.com (opens in a new tab).
Production QC
Crude peptide checked by analytical HPLC against our written spec.
Purification
Preparative reverse-phase to the target purity threshold.
Identity
ESI mass spectrometry confirms molecular weight to ±1 Da.
US fill and release
Lyophilized, filled, and finished at a US facility, then endotoxin and residual solvent screened and released by our US team.
Find your lot report
COA links labeled by size open uploaded product reports. Their match to the Peprise lot numbers shown has not been confirmed.
Showing 26 of 26 released lots
Every lot released to date is listed here. Available reports are linked above; rows without a report show No COA.
Why we test with Freedom Diagnostics
Anyone selling research peptides can say a third party tested them. The question worth asking is which third party, whether you are allowed to see the report, and whether the seller could have quietly buried a bad one. Here is our answer for Freedom Diagnostics, and every part of it is something you can confirm without asking us.
They do not sell peptides
Peprise has no ownership of the laboratory and the laboratory has no stake in Peprise. They sell the test and nothing else. That is the reason their number is worth more than ours — we cannot overrule a result we do not like, and there is no version of a report that we get to approve first.
Purity and identity, on every certificate
HPLC with UV detection for purity, coupled with mass spectrometry for identity — both, on every lot, never one without the other. A purity figure on its own tells you how clean the contents are without establishing what the contents were.
Certificates are public, not private
The laboratory publishes every certificate it issues to a database that anyone can search, by accession number or by the name of the company that submitted the sample. It holds over 42,000 of them. Ours are in it, filed under Peprise, and you do not need an account or our permission to read them.
What a certificate shows
Accession number, the dates the sample was received and reported, the lot, the quantity, the appearance, purity as a percentage, identity, the chromatogram it was read from, a photograph of the vial as it arrived at the bench, and the name of the chemist who signed it.
Tested in the United States
The laboratory is in Franklin, Tennessee, and has been testing research peptides since 2023. Samples are not sent abroad for analysis.
Checked against the rest of the field
Peptigrity, which indexes published peptide laboratory reports, lists them as the highest-volume US peptide testing laboratory in its database — ahead of every other American facility it tracks.
Look any of it up at freedomdiagnosticstesting.com (opens in a new tab). Search under Peprise and you will see what Freedom Diagnostics has on file for us — including any lot we would rather you did not read, because we cannot take one down.
