How ordering works

  1. Choose your products

    Select the size and quantity, then add the products to your order. Sign in or create an account and complete the research-use confirmation when prompted.

  2. Complete checkout

    Review your cart, enter your shipping details, and choose a payment method. Place the order to receive your order number and payment instructions.

  3. Send your payment

    Placing an order does not send payment. Follow the instructions on your confirmation page or order email to transfer the requested total. Use only your order number as the payment memo when a memo is available. For crypto, use the exact currency and network shown.

  4. Payment confirmation and shipping

    Your order stays on hold while we verify payment. Once payment is confirmed, we prepare it for shipment. Check your email and account for order updates.
