Ordering & shipping
In-stock orders leave New Jersey within 24 hours on business days after payment is verified, using UPS overnight. We provide tracking when available. See the shipping policy for timing and delay options.
Link to this answerWe are not a drop-shipper, and that is the part worth knowing. No finished vial arrives here from overseas and goes out to you unopened. The peptide material is lyophilized, filled, capped, and labelled at a United States facility. Every lot is then held, re-tested, and released here — it does not leave for your bench until Freedom Diagnostics (opens in a new tab), an independent US laboratory, has re-run purity and identity and we have signed off on the numbers ourselves. Every quarter we audit each manufacturing partner against one cGMP-aligned protocol. If one fails any part of it, we suspend them until the issue is fixed.
Link to this answerNot currently. We are American owned and operated and we ship inside the United States only. The UPS overnight service we ship on does not cross customs, and we are not set up for another country's import rules.
Link to this answerNo minimum, and no account needed to browse, read COAs, or call us with questions. Orders over $200 ship free; below that, flat $12.
Link to this answerIf a product arrives broken, damaged, or leaking, we refund the entire order under our refund policy. Send your order number, lot information, and photos; no COA is required for damage. Please report it promptly, preferably within 48 hours. See the refund policy for details.

It is the area percentage of the target peak on analytical reverse-phase HPLC at 214 nm — the fraction of peptide material that is the sequence you ordered. It says nothing about water, salt, or residual solvent, which is why we also report mass-spec identity and run endotoxin and residual solvent screens before release.
Link to this answerBoth. Our production partners test to a written spec, then Freedom Diagnostics (opens in a new tab), an independent US laboratory, re-runs HPLC and ESI mass spectrometry on the finished lot. A lot is not released until we sign off on the third-party numbers. We have no ownership of the laboratory and they do not sell peptides, so there is no version of a result we get to approve before you see it.
Link to this answerAn independent testing laboratory in Franklin, Tennessee, working on research peptides since 2023. Every certificate they issue carries both HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity — never one without the other — and they publish all of them, over 42,000 so far, to a database anyone can search by accession number or by company name. Peptigrity, which indexes published peptide lab reports, lists them as the highest-volume US peptide testing laboratory it tracks.
Link to this answerGo to the laboratory's certificate lookup at freedomdiagnosticstesting.com (opens in a new tab), choose Company Name, and search Peprise. You will get every certificate they hold for us, each one opening as the original PDF on their servers — not a copy hosted by us. Certificates also carry a search code, which is the first four characters of the company name followed by the accession number, so a single lot can be pulled up directly from the number printed on its COA.
Link to this answerYes. Every listed lot has its full COA — chromatogram, mass spec trace, endotoxin and solvent results — published on the Purity page, and it is the same document that ships with the vial. Ask us and we will send the exact lot you would receive.
Link to this answerIndefinitely. Every lot we release stays on file and retrievable by its lot number, including any lot later withdrawn from sale.
Link to this answerFor a purity claim, send a qualifying COA and your order and lot information. The refund policy lists the accepted laboratories, threshold, and full-order refund terms. Other identity or certificate discrepancies should also be reported so we can investigate.
Link to this answerHandling & use
Storage depends on the material and whether it is dry or dissolved. There is no universal temperature or time period that guarantees zero degradation. Peptide sequence, formulation, moisture, oxygen and handling affect stability. The supplier examples below are general laboratory guidance, not validated expiry dates for Peprise products.
Unreconstituted peptides — freezer. For long-term storage, general supplier guidance favors sealed, dry powder at −4 °F (−20 °C), protected from light. GenScript reports that many lyophilized peptides can remain stable for several years, with sequence-dependent exceptions. Thermo Fisher lists more than 24 months for its unopened, argon-protected lyophilized peptides, while noting that some sequences have a shorter shelf life. These conditions and timeframes cannot be assumed for every vial. Sources: GenScript storage guidance; Thermo Fisher shelf-life FAQ.
Unreconstituted peptides — refrigerator. Do not assume that dry peptides last 6–12 months refrigerated. The cited general guides do not establish that window for all peptides. Use product-specific instructions for refrigerated storage and expiry. For extended dry storage, MilliporeSigma recommends an ultralow freezer at −112 °F (−80 °C); this is a laboratory freezer, not a household freezer. Source: MilliporeSigma handling guidance.
Reconstituted peptides — short-term refrigeration. The Specification box lists 36–46 °F (reconstituted), protected from light (approximately 2–8 °C). This describes refrigerated handling, not a shelf-life guarantee. MilliporeSigma gives a general example of up to one week at about 39 °F (4 °C) for peptide solutions; unstable sequences may require shorter handling periods or freezing. That example does not establish a seven-day limit for every Peprise formulation. Prepare solutions close to the experiment and follow product- and solvent-specific stability data. Source: MilliporeSigma solution guidance.
Reconstituted peptides — frozen storage. Where compatible with the peptide and solvent, GenScript recommends small aliquots at −4 °F (−20 °C) when solution storage is unavoidable. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Frozen solutions do not inherit the multi-year storage examples for dry powder, and no universal frozen-solution expiry is established here. Source: GenScript solution guidance.
Handling practices. Keep dry vials tightly sealed, dry and protected from light. Let a sealed cold powder vial reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation. Minimize exposure to air and repeated opening; prepare separate portions for experiments where appropriate. Source: GenScript handling guidance.
NAD+ and glutathione need separate stability information. NAD+ is not a peptide. Cayman recommends no more than one day of aqueous-solution storage for its NAD+ free-acid reagent. MilliporeSigma recommends freshly prepared solutions of its reduced glutathione reagent because it oxidizes in air. These are examples from other suppliers, not validated storage durations for Peprise NAD+, glutathione or blends. Sources: Cayman NAD+ product sheet; MilliporeSigma glutathione guidance.
Confirming shelf life. A release-purity result alone does not establish stability during storage. Use product-specific stability documentation for an expiry or retest date. These materials are for laboratory research only.
Link to this answerWater with 0.9% benzyl alcohol is the usual choice for benchwork; sterile water or buffer depending on your assay. We do not sell diluent and we cannot advise on concentrations for a specific protocol — that is your call as the researcher.
Link to this answerNo. Everything we sell is for in-vitro and laboratory research use only, and we cannot provide dosing, administration, or any human-use guidance. Our lab team is glad to talk analytics, stability, and solubility all day.
Link to this answerWe sell to researchers, labs, and institutions for research use. Placing an order means you are confirming that use — not human or veterinary consumption.
